At the same time, the film highlights the Gynecological Teaching Associate (GTA) Program in New York City. These exams are unethical no matter how you train people. The test itself isn't even that effective, they should focus on making a test women could do at their home. There are several in development and have been proven to be more effective but why aren't they on the market? This is legal rape, there's no other word for it.
